This
restaurant features a typical and authentic South American feast.
The churrascaria (which means "barbequed" in Portugese)
originates from South Brazil, well known for its excellent meat.
Carnaval is primarily a meat restaurant, although it serves fish
and als has an extensive salad bar. For meat lovers there are twelve
different cuts of meat to choose from and you can select from beef,
lamb and chicken.
Check out the typical Brazilian offering of feijoaada, a beef and
black bean stew braised with garlic and bay leaf. It is eaten with
Garlic Fried Rice, French beans with chopped onion, and garlic and
mustard vinaigrette. They also offer some familiar Asian dishes
for those who cannot live without something spicy. Try the angle
beans with sambal belacan and the mango salad with vinegar and Thai
fish sauce.
You can eat as much meat as you can consume inclusive of the Salad
Bar for a flat rate of RM45++. Vegetarians can enjoy the hot and
cold selections from the salad bar at RM 28++. A chance to enjoy
some authentic Brazilian cuisine with touches of Asian influence.
